Strathcona Commercial Realty Inc. was formed in January 2004 to service the industrial, commercial and investment real estate market in Alberta. We provide a full service of brokerage, leasing, land assemblies, feasibility studies, letters of opinion of value, and listing services for our clients. By remaining small in number of employees we are able to provide confidentiality to our clients while maintaining an aggressive approach to get the job done.
Our client base has been established over several years in the business. New clients are continually being developed by referrals and networking with other professionals in different fields such as banking, law, accounting, architectural, appraisal, government etc.
Strathcona Commercial Realty Inc. is a partnership of Allan Babb, Tom Watt, Murray Craig and Martin Halabi all of whom have been in the Edmonton industrial, commercial and investment real estate field for several years.
